Are you insured and WSIB covered?

We're based in Hamilton, Ontario and serve the wider GTA — including Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Toronto. If you're outside that range, reach out and ask; we still take on select projects further out.

Yes. Every Jenga Force crew is WSIB covered and we carry general liability insurance on all jobs. We're happy to provide proof of coverage before work begins — any contractor working in your home should offer this without hesitation.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Is there a minimum job size for handyman work?

A standard bathroom refresh typically runs 1–2 weeks. A full gut renovation with custom tile, niches, or layout changes usually runs 3–5 weeks depending on material lead times and scope. We give you a firm timeline at the quote stage, not a guess.

No. We'll come out for a single repair or bundle a list of small jobs into one visit — whichever makes sense for your schedule and budget.

Do you offer financing?

Financing options may be available for qualifying renovation projects. Certain conditions apply.

Do you handle permits?

Yes — for building services and renovations that require permits, we manage the application and inspection process as part of the project, so you're not left navigating City of Hamilton or local municipal requirements on your own.
